We went to see Horton Hears A who! @ the dollar movie (of course) I figured, if he doesnt do well @ the movies I surely didnt want to pay $9 each if we had to leave in the middle!. It was an awesome movie, I think I might have liked it more then he did.
They had a giant turtle out front, I thought it was pretty cool, I personally wanted to ride it & have Riley take the picture...but.. there were people around .... & I vowed only to look "NUTS" in front of people who already know I am :) 
Here is Riley walking down the long Lighted Hallway in the theater @ superstition springs mall theater! He did really good at the movies, except when some mom let her kid run laps around the theater for the last 20 mins of the movie! No offense to mom's who let there kid do that, But I wanted to smack her!! All Riley wanted to do after he saw the little boy run around and around, is.... Duh get up and run! & of course I am not going to let him win because I dont believe in letting him act like that.. So it was a battle for about 20 mins. Sad to say I thought about tripping the kid as he ran around hitting the back of all the chairs and screaming.. I know.. thats not very positive. :( Maybe things will change once I have more then one child and try to take them places. .. maybe :) 
We had an overall great mommy & son day :) then we hit Krispy Kream on the way home! My first time ever going there! :) $7.00 for a dozen but.. well worth it :) I was going to take a pic of those.. but.. they didnt last long :)

Here is my picture board, I wasnt sure how it would turn out because I picked soo many different types of papers, but I am really proud of it. I can't believe how big it is. I tried to get Riley to sit by it, but he is on a sugar high. There is an A missing, and I am going to change the picture, then it should be all done :)

What's up, ButterCup!
I love the crazy signs they have places! :) This one was cute
I went to Missouri to see my family a few weeks ago. It was 80% great! :) which is all I can ask for traveling with just me and Riley. The trip there was great! the trip home was.. horrible! I ended up exhausted and crying in the airport baggqage claim. :( Thank goodness its over though.
Here are some pics from the trip. I got to spend all of time with Paiger, & re-kindled my love for pizza hut! Which.. isnt really a good thing.
After we got to st. luis we drove to Hannibal to see my step mom and her kids at the park! Right after I took this pic, riley tried to throw a cracker to a duck and fell right in the lake!! 
This was after, his whole side and his leg is covered in mushy, wet slimy duck poop :P 
There was this tree at Bryan's house with an old tire against it, the lighting was perfect!! so I took so pics,. There is one where it looks like Riley is peeing on the tree! I wish I could have gotten some more, but I was soo tired & thought I would have another chance.

Riley put the boots on all by himself! he couldnt walk though, but.. with an outfit so styl'n who needs to walk anyways.
I love that I have my own store there! :) LOL, they sale a bunch of stuff with my name on it :)

On 4th of July, me & my cousin Brandy.. It was sooo hot and sweaty!! hair didnt dry, and makeup just slid right off! But it was fun! 
At a little league game for my cousin Jacob! Riley had soo much fun!! He might be a little Leaguer someday! :) 
We have to get one of these! The crazy kid, just ran and jumped right it, this little girl was soo cute, Riley tried talking to her and she just kept putting her hand out and said "no, stop".. She is going to be a tough kid!

We shot off fireworks! & Riley did sparklers, of course he touched if and burned himself. But he wanted to do more, He even ""petted"" a lighting bug! After he wouldnt touch it, so I told him to say bye bye, and he petted it,. poor little bug, didnt know what hit him.

Little Confessions....
Confessions
#1... Sometimes when my husband is snoring and I can't sleep.. I kick him so he will roll over, I pretend its an accident and say "oh sorry babe", he rolls over and its quite for a few mins! :)
#2... On my days off, I say there are things I need at the store, just to get a little "me" time, its nice :)
#3... I am addicted to checking my email, eventhough I rarely get anything of substance, usually just generic "Save 20% this week ONLY!" emails, but still I check and I I am usually to lazy to respond right away when I do get a real e-mail from someone.
#4... During the day, all the TV's in the house are on, right before my hubby gets home I run around and turn everything off! so he wont give me a lecture about wasting electricity.
#5.... I buy, fruits and fresh veggies and stuff to make meals! But they usually go bad, because on days I work, the last thing I want to do it cook! or prepare anything,
#6 .... I am addicted to those smut, reality shows, Like Tila Tequila, The Girls Next Door, I love New York, and Flava Flav ( this guy is weird)! & I have to remember to get mike this silly hat he wears.. LOL I bet there is one on Ebay!! , Denise Richards,Living Lohan.. its sad really.. OOhh and the dating reality shows like, Farmer wants a wife, bachelor & bachelorette, and Next
#7.... I dont read to Riley enough, He turns the pages to fast & doesnt really listen so I get frusterated and give up.... grrrr..
#8.... I am nearly always late to work, I say its because of traffic or something, but its really because I am not anxious to get somewhere I will be sitting for at least 10 hours! although I love my job,
#9..... I tell my hubby that I have homework to do, so when I dont want to watch something with him, I say I have research to do instead.. eventhough school is out for the summer :P
#10.... Since I have been working at the Police Dept, I am suspicious of everyone and everything. Because I have come to learn that 90% of people are up to no good. So if someone is selling bikes on the corner, I wonder.. "where they stole those from", oir kids selling lemonade at the park, " I wonder what is really in that lemonade and who's tree they stole them from"....& so on.. Although I still find the goodness in everyone, I am also wondering about alllll the bad things they do to. :)

Playtime!!
Busy days! I can't beleive how freaking hot it is outside!! & the days are gone before I know it! Here are some of the things we have been doing the last few weeks.
We went to lunch at serrano's & the park! It was so much fun, Riley swng on the big boy swings for the first time! He was full of energy. We went with Aunt Andrea & Nana Linda. Of course I scrapped about it!
Chris, Emily & the girls came over for dinner, I made dinner again! I am getting this cooking thing down!

I made baked chicken, Garlic potatoes, and steamed then baked broccoli covered in cheese! It turned out great! :)
Then we had ice cream for dessert! The boys made us watch the fight :P YUCK! Those guy's faces after 3 mins of fighting were sooo gross & one guys ear POPPED OPEN! YUCK! EWE! blood all over. Men r nuts!
