We grew peppers in our garden,
they turned out good! :)
I even got Riley to lick on to see if it was hot! LOL, silly boy, but I couldnt get him to bite into one! Notice the 1980's headband thing that Riley is wearing, looks like Olivia Newton John from Flashdance.. guess what it is??.. A superhero headband!!.. are you surprised,..lol.

Gave Turtle his christmas present very very early!! but it was making to much noise rolling around in the back of my car, when I turned a corner it sang "row row row your boat" ACK! scared the crap out of me a few times on my way from work at 230am. 
He refuses to sit up. he is 7 months now! found a solution, to he could play with the ball, and have help sitting up!!.. A BIG BUCKET! 
Yeah I know.. but it worked didnt it, and Riley had a great time in there with him, 
Who knew 2 $4 buckets from walmart could create so much fun!! :) for about 30 mins.. then RIley was off being a superhero again, and brady was whining because it was nap time.

I love the Fair!
Turtle likes sweet tea :)
We saw a baby calf born 2 hours before, aminals, and then a cool dino exhibit. where of course we took some pics :)
Turtle was great, just along for the ride, and lots of things to look at. I won turtle a turtle.. then about 3 hours later I noticed it was gone
This was the last time I saw it..
:( so.. I had to go back and pay $4 to win him another.. but he did love it! and its his first fair prize! :) we still have Rileys first one too :)
After Riley went on the superman ride, he got off and I asked him how was it?! he grabbed his chest, and took a deep breath and said " I think it almost broke my heart" LOL, I think that was a bit scary for him, but he still wanted to go again!
Riley thought it was cool that they had Fries named after him!
& we passed all the games, and each time Riley would beg to play the dart/balloon game! But it was like $2 for 1 dart! but finally I gave in, and the guy showed him how to hold it, then he said "ok kiddo its easy I throw it POP! (and he did and the he pointed at riley and said) and you throw it.. and riley did and POP! Holy crap he did it! on his first try he threw it and popped the balloon! mike and I cheered I think we were more excited then he was, because we were so proud of him and never thought he would get close on his first try! :)
Just a couple pictures I love i got off my phone, The first was taken right as I gave the turtle I won to Brady, I love the excitment on his face! :)
The next one is sweet, his eyes are closed but he looks like he just smelled something so sweet that makes him happy, like warm bread or a beautiful flower, I think I took this just as the sun hit his little face, so he closed his eyes, but yet, that smile of bliss.. tells so much about his personality!

Trick or Treat
Halloween!
It was fun..
Chris and Emily came over with the kiddos and we went around our neighborhood.
Im not quite sure,,, what kind of face.... this is... that Riley is making....... maybe, its a superhero Face!! :)
Our neighborhood was great! they had some cool houses! & lots of candy
LOOK! A Ninja Turtle :) lol,
even the firetruck came by and gave candy to the kids
Riley was suppose to be a police officer, But I've been wanting to make superhero costumes since JUNE! finally I got motivated to do it.. the day before! :)

Messed up on mikes shirt and spelled Genius wrong, Mike loved it, he thought it was the perfect shirt made by his little wife who cant spell for crap..

Made riley shirt and turtles cape, and masks, they turned out good.
The girls were princesses , and kingston was a vampire!! Emily was a pink lady and Chris was Mike Holmes! :)
It was nice, and I only had 1 piece of candy!! Almond joy
Oh... I was super mom :) I would say in real life I'm working my way up to super mom, but I these days I'm giving myself credit for things... school, work, family, house, blogger :) farmer :) dont laugh, its hard work making sure my crops on farmville are taken care of. so, I'm a Super-Mom in progress.
More costume pics of the kiddos to come soon.. yeah.. I'm "THAT MOM" :) and I LOVE it!
Oh yeah! So, Riley is like MIKE! allot!, we got his candy and eventhough we had streets to go, he said, OK lets go home now, and even talked gracee into going back to the house, we took a short cut thru the park down the opposite side of our street we started, I asked him to do a few more houses, he ok "OK MOm, 1 more house and thats it!. so he did, then we walked a bit further and there was a lady 2 houses down from us standing at the street with her bowl. She said here is some candy to Riley, he said, nope, I dont want anymore, she said well its chocolate the good kind a promise and started walking toward him (she was a nice lady dressed in jeans and tshirt and looked like me) Riley took off running away from her said "I said I dont want anymore candy!!!" Who runs away from candy!??.. so she gave it to me, it was reese's yum.. Lol, my kid is nuts! when he is done.. he is DONE! no more candy!! Crazy Kiddo.

28 Hours in Utah...
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this picture I took of me and mike the first day we were in Utah. Its the basic picture of us, but the great amazing part is... Look behind mikes shoulder... Our sweet boys on the blanket behind us!! I couldnt have planned that better if I tried! I noticed it when I was about to Crop the picture, Glad I didnt, It makes it the perfect picture. an "All because 2 people fell in Love" Picture. 
We went on a one day super short trip to Utah to visit my bestie Amy, She has started her own Photography business and I couldnt wait to get our family pictures done! She does Awesome work, Her pictures are Beatiful!
Utah is Wonderful! They have seasons, and the trees were all different colors. I had to work the night before we left, I was so tired, and then we got a call early in the morning staying they cancelled our Flight! :( So we had to catch the one before which means we had to get up, and rush around trying to get to the airport 1.5 hrs earlier. 
Riley wanted to be a big helper and roll our suitcase all over, He did a good job, and looks cute doing it.
The boys did amazing on the plane, there and back.
Amy picked us up at the airport, It was so great to see her! We went to the hotel to check in, and spruce up for pictures. My eyes were puffy from crying all day the day before because of my dumb job and mean people. we took pictures, I got a few with my camera so here are some. I will post the ones Amy took when I get them, unless I look horrible..LOL, Hey.. this is my blog, and I'm allowed to weed out the good, Bad & the UGLY photos of me from appearing :) 
The sun started to go down, and it got cold, we were tired and hungry so we went to dinner, I am proud of mike and the boys though, I know they dont like picture time, so I'm surprised I got them for as long as I did. 
We went to a buffet place, they had great food! Then we dropped off the boys at the hotel and went to a movie for needed girly time. We saw. Life as We know it. It was great! :) Funny, sweet, sad I cried(again).. not good for following days pictures.
When I got back to the hotel the boys were sleeping. so I tried to get some sleep too. Turtle woke up at 530am.. then RIley and then of course I was wide awake and starving! peeked out the window to discover tons of SNOW!! we went down to grab some breakfast, then I got me and the boys bundled up and we ran outside to play in the snow in the parking lot .. at 6am! :) 
it was fun, Brady didnt seem as amused, but Riley had a great time! and it was nice quaility time with them. 
we went back to bed for a few more hours then got up and got ready so amy could come get us for more pictures and looking around the town. Riley took every oppurtunity to grab the snow he could find and hit me with it! :) But it was fun, I loved it.
Brady did great! Not a cry, or a whine unless he was hungry.
One of the coolest parts of the trip was going to Jimmy Johns!
We werent going to eat for a few more hours, but riley had to go potty, so we decided just to eat then, I had to google Jimmy Johns on my phone, then we had to find the closest one, Mike said he wanted to try it since they started sponcering Nascar.. (men) we pull into the parking lot, and it looked busy, the parking lot was full, so Amy asked if we wanted to stay or leave.. I shrugged and said I guess we can try it, I got out of the car and right next to our parking spot is the lane for the drive-thru. I beautiful lady in the car next to ours said 'casey?" I looked up and noticed it was my friend Krista!! :) The only other person I know in Salt Lake city. and I was just telling my hubby the day before that I talked to her on facebook, and wished we had more time to go see her while we were there!. :) So now I would say it was a completely successful trip! :) I got to see everyone I wanted to see, and snow, and pretty trees, & I got to shop at Target.. yeah Im a sucker for a Target store, :) 
Last one.... This was 2 days before we went to Utah, I got Brady's christmas outfit.. I think :) and I had to try it on him! He just looks so cute I had to share this picture!! 
In the end we decided traveling with 2 kids wasnt bad, BUT we are going to need a day inbetween flying, so we can actually enjoy the time, without stress, or jet lag. It will make everyone less grouchy :) not that there was grouchiness all the time, but more then I was hoping for.
