Birthday Fun

What a fun day! We went to Chili's for dinner, which was great! I LOVE love LOve their Chicken Enchalada soup! & I know I spelled that wrong :P
Riley ran all over, of courst I hate that it drives me nuts. I am going to have to make him sit in a high chair forever!.. and its the only time he refuses to listen to me, grr..

But he ate all of his corn and I think most of Gracee's too!
Tiff and Jason were there! :) but they wuss'd out on bowling.. lol j/k they had to work super early.

Then we went bowling! It was great fun!

The kids did awesome! and I scored at 72! woohoo! I know that's not very good but I tried really hard.

Tammy and Jeremy were there, Jeremy did great and had the highest score on the 2nd game!
Emily, Chris and the girls.. & the newest addition to the family ( sounds like she is a newborn) is Lacy! :)
She came to! I was very happy,

Emily's friend Nikki came,she is so much fun! and her wonderful baby Eli, who is so good!

We had a great time! :) I can't believe how much fun bowling is, eventhough I really suck @ it.


So turns out 30 isnt so bad after all :) Well, its only the first day though.

30 flirty, and thriving! Yeah RIGHT!

ok.. sooooo I am turning 30! I know not so old.. but I have this weird fear since my Mom died at the age of 41.. so it's almost like a count down for me.. 11 years left.. and if I make it past then.. its just a bonus round.. I know that sounds stupid but for some reason I can't get myself to think another way. When I think of someone that is in their 30's I think.. An adult.. someone who has it together, knows what they want and where they are going in life.. I dont think I am to that point yet.. I am still going to school.. for.......... yep.. good question! and I will be going to school for "something" for a very long time because of student loans. I like my job.. well.. most of the time.. but I am bored already and need something that will keep me interested,. which is a HUGE downfall,. This is my 31st job! Yep, 31 jobs and that doesnt count the telemarking jobs I got and then quit the same day. I have never had a honeymoon... and I still want more kids but I am finding that extremely hard to do. I dont get out much, but yet I am always busy..

I was listening to Tim Mcgraws song today.. "the next 30 years" and it made so much sense..

spend time with my family
really look at things, the world around me.. instead of going so fast thru life
raise my family by the Golden Rule,
Never take things for granted
Love everyone and understand that differences make the world great! and intersting

make a difference in the world! This is a big one for me. Even ifs it just raising Riley to have a compassionate heart and a helpful spirit, so someday he will have all the qualities to change the world.

see more, get out more!! GO TO SEDONA! and the Snow! Paris! New York, a cruise! there are so many amazing things to do in this world and I want to do them!
Teach Riley about the little things in life that mean so much!.. while he is little and still thinks I know everything.
I want to excersise more,... ok.. I dont know if I Want to.. but I need to.. I think I will just wait in live at 4am black friday for a Wii fit! :) that will work.
I want to wear a bathing suit!! on the beach!! well.. maybe a small private beach :) I dont want to get carried away or anything :)
I want to be able to stand up for myself. I notice that lately I am getting more opinionated with things I know are wrong or unjust.. which is good :) not that I dont pertake in my share of wrong things.. like speeding, littering my gum out the window! which I hate. and intend to stop that too!
I want to do the simple things that I can to help improve the world for our children.. because I know that is so important!

Twilight Night!

Me a bunch of girls from work, their daughters and my sister in law and her friend went to see Twilight last night! The theater was packed and we had to wait outside in line for nearly an hour.
I think I enjoyed the expierence more then the movie! It was crazy being surrounded by teenage girls screaming when Edward came on the screen. If you didnt read the book, all the little things in the movie wont mean much to you. But the movie was ok, they left allot out, didnt explain much about the other people in the story, and there were allot of funny parts. It didnt give me goosebumps like the book,
While reading it, I laughed I cried and I signed in pure girlish romance.. but the movie,, didnt make me do most of those things., Oh well. maybe I was expecting to much.. Not to say that I wont watch it again.,. and of course buy it on dvd when it comes out. You could tell it was low budget.. But the next movie will be better! :) After all the money they are going to make this weekend alone!

So.. the movie comes out on NOVEMBER 21st!! Do you have your tickets?? I have mine! You can buy them thru movies.com i believe,, I went to yahoo movies, clicked on the harkins superstition theater and went that way. I am soo excited! Although I am terribly afraid I will be disappointed :(

Heather's Babyshower!

A week ago was heather's baby shower. I know I know.. she already has 3 kiddo's but.. this one is different..






Its a girl!! Miss Madyson Grace will be here sometime this year. A girl shower??!! I havent been to one of those in awhile! Everything was pink, and frilly!


& of course.. after 3 kiddo's it time for new stuff! Kids are hard on things.. & I know she was so happy! New baby stuff., Not blue/tan with some sort of star or giraffe on it. Not that its not cute.. But something different is nice :) & This little girl will have 3 big brothers to take care of her! :)

Heather got lots of BOWS~ which she is addicted to them and I can see why, they are so cute! :)

Target Family Pics

I wanted to get pictures before the christmas season offically starts!
We went to Target, there pics ....r... not so good, but not bad and pretty cheap. Since I do the digital scrapbooking I ordered each pin in an 8x10 which are $3.99 a sheet, scanned them in and can make my own Christmas cards! :) yay! Here a few pics from target.



One thing about Target.. they are not very inventive.. They do allot of the same poses.. Here is one from this session and the next one is from the target session about 8 months ago!.. She anything similar.. at least its cool to see how Riley has changed.



I know it's not even Halloween for a few more days.. and I am already feeling the Christmas spirit! :)

What a Long week!

OM-GOSH! What a long week ! & It's only been a few days.. We went to the Fair, Had "Thanksgiving" Went to a birthday dinner for Adam got sick & Tomorrow is Heather's Baby shower & then work.




We Went to TExas Roadhouse for dinner, I love that place!
There Rolls are AWESOME! & They have great salads too!

We did a traditional Thanksgiving dinner why Adam is home from Iraq! Riley and I got sick after dinner and had to go lay down :( So I didnt get to visit and hang out as much as I wanted to.

It was fun We had all the food! & More.. Everyone came over and I hope they had a good time.

what! It's only 3:55am!!

Oh Crap.. It's only 3:55am! I know that everyone is sleeping while I am sitting here working.. or lack there of.. Isnt anyone out committing crimes anymore!! Of course when the phone does ring,.,. I grouch before I answer it... but secretly I am excited that I have something to do. I have been surfing the net for hours.. and I still have over an hour left!!!!
Well I hope everyone is sleeping good! :)
I will just sit here and whine for another hour.. Sweet dream :)
